Strength Progam

The Austin Banditos’ Absolute Strength Program consists of 3 phases. STRENGTH. POWER. SPEED.

The STRENGTH phase will begin Dec. 4th, 2017. It will run for 3 weeks / 4 times a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday).

The POWER phase will begin Jan. 8th, 2018. It will run for 3 weeks / 4 times a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday).

The SPEED phase will begin Feb. 1st, 2018. Dates will be a little different in support of  High School schedules. Dates will be Feb. 1st, 5th, 6th, 8th, 11th, 12th, 15th, 18th, 19th, 22nd and 25th from 7pm – 9pm.

Conrad Ramquist will be running the off-season program. Conrad has played baseball for San Jacinto JC and the University of Texas. On top of running track for UT he was also a coaching assistant for the track team and won the BIG XII championship. Conrad has the knowledge and ability to take your player to the next level!

Each phase of the program will be the low price of $200. Each participate will be required to get a membership at Opp.Sports for $25 a month. Your membership will include full access to the gym, including batting cages and workout equipment. No contracts.
